The Requirements

Horwood Partners made the decision to relocate its premises to a downsized office in Parramatta due most of their staff remotely operating.

We had been appointed to deliver the office fitout which required the fitout to be completed within 8 weeks due to the move deadline.

The Design

This project entailed end-to-end fitout including design, project management, build. We collaborated with the owner to develop a design that met their unique requirements. The design required creating five distinct office spaces as well as a central area for workstations with the companies unique blue colour branding.

The Build

To achieve this, new plasterboard partitions, glass partitions, and solid doors were installed with their distinctive blue branding throughout. The team also laid new flooring and fitted the space with electrical, data, media, and security systems to suit their precise needs.

The Result

The project was completed within a tight timeframe of just eight weeks and 10% under budget, which required working after hours to ensure timely delivery. Ultimately, the result was a visually stunning new office space that enabled the clients unique requirements for their staff and customers.
